Sonia Gandhi should accept the blame - not Manmohan Singh, not Shivraj Patil, not Deshmukh, not RR Patil - she is the one who put these jokers in the first place. She should dissolve parliment - oh wait a minute - then our esteemed President, Commander in Chief Prathiba Patel ( appointed by Sonia Gandhi of course ) will get to rule the country. I take it back.

Very sorry situation. Not just this, but the way the heavy rains have impacted Chennai. We did have a similar one during the previous Tsunami but we didn't feel the need to be prepared for floods.
